Miranda: Dec 24, 2004; Not a cuttlefish.

I work as a Neonatal ICU nurse and have decided I want to start a clothing drive for donations of baby clothes (premature and newborn) and blankets and such things. It's always fun to dress up the babies when we can! Makes things a little more normalized in a weird impersonal place.
But I have no idea how to start a drive like this! Has anyone done anything similar that might have some advice? Obviously I need the full backing of my management which I should have. I don't want to limit it to just signs around the hospital either, thinking also at local churches and such.
Advice?
