I'm legit looking elsewhere because I have learned two things from mafia games:

1. When a player on day one has zero friends and everyone is happy to lynch them then something is amiss. No lynch should ever have everyone happy unless it's a confirmed scum. This is why I am focussing on those who are saying "vote Anidav" and then continuing to post but not saying of anything of merit.

2. When players are citing "it's either this player or no lynch" in a game where we know there are going to be multiple scum then they have not done any looking at all for compatriots of that player as they can't associate any player with that one. No lynching is a threat, not a warning, and is cited by those who want to make sure that their choice dies and to stifle debate.

I'm not trying to stop Anidav being killed, he can be killed and it will give information (though whether or not its helpful will be entirely random as there is no justification in doing it), but there are others around here who are showing more signs of being scum than just a person being a bad poster.

They went off Anidav with the "I will vote for them but only to hammer oh the agony of it all that it must fall to me to swing the blade". Appearing too eager is scummy so better to appear to make even the most bare of arguments to look for well literally one other person to lynch (namely, they are looking at you).

The thing about "I will change back to hammer" unvotes is that if you are scum voting town THERE IS LITERALLY NO REASON TO UNVOTE. Because you know you have someone voting for them anyway who is just on a different person in the meantime. Its in effect a silent vote.

Bif is usually more eager to fling poo poo, but it was a disaster last game, and even then she still held off to prevent hammers. Still, she does seem to be playing differently.

Early hammers are bad for town, we just have to balance it so we don't accidently run out of time with 13 votes.

Indeed i did stop going for you as it gained no traction as being pragmatic is a good skill. Hell i even said so as my single vote for you was white noise among the six others and the Anidav juggernaut. There is more than one scum in this game and both you and MC are two of them as i've said. No reason to stubbornly pursue one when theres another.

It is all day one speculation, but if let's say I am wishy-washy and "this is for future days" then it's nothing more than "eh" and I might as well go with the scum and town wagon on Anidav because lets face it even the ones who are town here are voting them not because they're scum but just because they can. Maybe by putting forward thought out arguments and analysis we might actually get scum by forcing them to have to defend themselves or post. If day one was as meaningless as you say we should just skip it, lynch Anidav, and move on to the night phase every game.
