Yea, that or a few price of progress. PoP is a major meta call (I haven't looked at this meta) but its incredibly dead and lack luster in a ton of matchtups. I'm not a huge fan of running more than 2 MD, and I usually split 2/2 MD and SB. Grim Lavamancer is also incredibly poo poo in terms of dealing damage to the face, monastery swiftspear completely blows it out of the water in that department. GL is best at being a way to kill some creatures while not affecting your clock too much, but you also have searing blaze and searing blood now. In the way most metas shape up now a days, I don't think it has a place in the MD, and I am perfectly fin with not having any in the 75 at all.

I wanna know why none of the burn decks is running collateral damage. Eidolon out, making them take damage to cast cheap poo poo, collateral damage-->sac eidolon, do three damage, empty your hand of all spells being held back because they are painless to you now.

Because situational burn is bad and if you cant go 3+ for 2 on burn w/ eidolon out you probably aren't winning that game.

I cannot recommend fiddling around with XMage before your match highly enough. If you aren't familiar with the flow of the program, you're likely to do dumb stuff, like me killing my own Grim Lavamancer. It's really unforgiving if you misclick and don't realize it.
