The only thing he's really doing is multi-track audio, which granted isn't easy, but it ain't that hard either. Huge difference between doing multi track audio and doing it so that it actually sounds like a conversation that is happening in real time, though. Usually when people do multi character youtube videos (even the ones that have been doing it for years) the editing is choppy and unnatural with the video/audio/acting. Most people that do the youtube thing for a living have trouble pulling it off. Either way these videos are entertaining and although it'll be tough to find a way to punish him that is worse than just not using him I'm sure they will as soon as they see him doing something entertaining on his own.
