I have only done drinks and apps there but I keep going back. Great food made with care, especially if you like the idea of farm to table concepts. Great house made pate and cured meats, pickled veg and home made condiments. They also play a bit in the molecular realm of that is your thing. I had a foie gras spun sugar dish that was pretty great.
