if you are privileged enough to have access to an actual truffle all efforts would be made to present it as the main event of any dish in which it is featured it is common to have truffle with risotto but the risotto in such a case would be minimally prepared without such embellishments as roasted garlic or stewed tomatoes it would be shaved on top with some mixed in to the risotto itself you would taste it and consider the existence of god |
