Yeah, this movie is a lot better than it has any right to be. The final duel between the Knight Templar and the Viking chief kicks rear end, and Paul Giamatti is a goddamn national treasure. His speech about the Divine Right of Kings* plays in my head whenever I play Crusader Kings II.

*A concept that didn't really come about for another 300 years or so after the film is set, but who cares, Paul Giamatti owns.
