Maybe they're going to elevate it. I wish they would. They've got too many good high-midcard guys these days who are honestly not going to end up in the main event picture barring a series of injuries to guys like Cena, Reigns, Bryan, etc. They NEED a secondary title that means something other than "expect a losing streak." Who knows if they finally realize it.

I mean they've got a promo to put over the IC belt, and they've got Cena/Rusev over the US title, but I don't see them elevating either one. I'll be pleasantly surprised if they do, but belts haven't been seen as anything more than props in years and I don't expect them to start now.
