Something else to consider: If you're single, fiscal year won't impact you that much. Moving a barracks dweller to Japan is probably cheaper than an officer's family moved cross country.

This was pretty much what I heard. I was told this 3rd hand by someone who allegedly heard it from someone who heard it from our base cmc so i took it with a grain of salt.

we have until the end of the day to come up with a cool 2017 thread title. We need something that shows chiefs and officers aren't out of touch with lower enlisted. Also on reddit there is a boot asking for underage drinking advice. His post history features him asking how to put chewing tobacco up his rear end.
