I wonder if Ru loved Trixie's Anne Frank, but knew it wouldn't get on the air, so the plan was always to eliminate her (controversially) before Snatch Game and bring her back right after.

Granted, I only just caught up to the current season, but I'm still reeling from DeLaGate. The worst part for me was how it took Miss Congeniality away from the super sweetheart Joslyn Fox. Not that Ben wasn't a candidate for it, but Joslyn was much more appropriate.

I thought this article made some good points: https://us.beamly.com/tv-news/2015/04/15/maybe-queens-arent-problem-drag-race/ At the very least, you have to admit the lack of variety in challenges. There's been a lot of scripted acting ones, which are usually the most boring episodes each season.

I think Max, since she a few prominent moments where she was supportive of other queens (i.e. Jaidynn and Pearl, who are well liked themselves), and she generally didn't throw shade. Her elimination episode might leave people sour, though. If not her, I'd love to see Violet make a huge transformation into a sweetheart and snatch it. Although, I also want to see her in the top three as well.

Yeah, that episode was probably the best this season, and a refreshing take on a staple challenge. On top of the correct queen being brought back, we finally get a decent amount of workroom footage and plenty of queen backstories. I think it was pretty funny how Kandy's workroom storytime got overshadowed by Tempest's and Trixie's.

Strongly considering buying tickets for DragCon and attending with my best friend who introduced me to the show.

Back when everything was speculation and Nancy Drew-work, I already had Bob, Dax, and Kim as favorites. Seeing the MtQs sealed the deal, but every queen so far has charmed me in some way. Even the "boring" pageant-y types have such cute MtQ/trailer outfits and sweet personalities I can't help but like them. I agree about Dax. She is ultra pretty, and the nerdiness is automatic points in my book. Something about her toothy, slightly-open-mouth resting face just mesmerizes me. Her husband/boyfriend is ultra cute too... I didn't know much about Laila before her MtQ, but I loved her dry humor. I really hope she isn't an early out. She needs to be there to balance out the pageant queens with her trashiness. Ugh, this is gonna be a long month.

I just discovered Acid Betty's Instagram. Please, Baby Jesus, it's too much. I don't know if there's enough room in my heart to have so many favorites.
