Aw. I like Tempest. We've never had a professor drag queen before so I was interested in what kind of perspective she would bring to the show. It's amusing to see people starting to be drawn to Trixie, even those who were originally off-put by her. She's one of my favorites, so yay. Nth-ing the sentiment that the new Untucked is fantastic. I like that now it actually shows the queens unwinding. (small talks, discussing the new judge, etc.) That it's actually set backstage probably helps - the Interior Illusions Lounge or whatever just felt like another kind of stage for the queens to perform on. This is the second season I'm following, and yeah I'm not quite feeling it this time around. That said, though, comparing Season 6 queens at a glance with the other seasons, it feels like their level of personality and talent as a batch is much higher than the others. Courtney, Ben, or Darienne could've taken the crown if they'd been in other seasons. Even early exits like Magnolia, Vivacious, and Kelly are memorable.

Max deserved to go home after that horrible Snatch Game performance, but to be fair to him, he clarified on Twitter that his 'breakdown' was heavily edited. He loosened the corset to drink a glass of water, and during break Ru asked him to sing a song.

Worst LSFYL of the season. Like, almost Vivienne vs Honey level of bad. If I have to choose between them I'd actually choose Fame 'cause while she is understandably boring, she's trying to bring the right energy to the song, while Pearl rehashed her Blondie lipsync and just flailed her arms around.

Kennedy isn't bad. Yeah sure her outfits aren't great and the chicken costume will go down as the worst look in Drag Race, but she's performed decently in a good number of challenges and her Snatch Game is fantastic. I'm mot saying Kennedy should win; I think Ginger or Violet both deserve it more, but Kennedy definitely deserves her current spot in the show.
