I'm pretty new to this game and in a game last night I sent an HE volley from the tier 3 German cruiser into the broadside of some rank 2 destroyer and looked away cause he popped smoke and was about to disappear and then I got a "destroyed" ribbon and devastating hit and lucky hit achievement. I have no idea what happened cause I dunno where I hit him but he loving blew up in one go. Magazine blew up or full citadel penetration?

I really have no idea what I'm doing in this game as a destroyer yet but I seem to have success when I spend the first half scouting ships and the second half flanking lone BBs from the opposite side they are shooting at. Bagged 2 BBs and a CV in my tier 4 US destroyer last night. Should I be staying with my own BBs more and smoking them or just lone wolfing it and providing support where needed? Also I like Japanese cruisers so far but the furytaka (I forget how to spell it) has been really hard for me. People seem to just shoot it like it's a BB the second I'm spotted and I usually can't get away in time. Should I be playing it like the previous IJN cruisers and just be a large DD?

I can never find the right position as a cruiser or destroyer, I just luck into them sometimes. I try and stay near islands but I either end up doing nothing or getting too impatient and dying in a stupid way.

I just got the aboa and I'm having a worse time than the furutaka cause getting tier 8 ships in 90% of your games is lovely. Literally lose half my hp the second I'm spotted unless I play like a BB that can only shoot like 14km. Been leveling up RU cruisers lately and like them a lot. I think I might mainly level up USN DDs now that they are starting to click with me and I'm having consistently good (and fun) games. Do Russian cruisers get smoke eventually or is that only British ones?

Well there shouldn't be more battleships than the other types of ships yet most of my games have 4-5 BBs and 2-3 destroyers and cruisers so maybe they should limit them a little bit. I don't see a lot of carriers lately either.

Every game I play now has BBs sitting at max range trying to land hits on other ships while me trying to play cruisers gets targeted by every single battleship or I'm hiding behind rocks doing nothing for minutes at a time for fear of eating enemy BB shells since ours won't even attempt to tank damage. It's frustrating, especially when I get +2 uptiered cause wtf am I supposed to do?

I played mainly battleships to begin with (got the tier 6 German and 5 UK) but god drat is it boring and the poo poo accuracy thing doesn't help so I started playing crusiers and they're a lot of fun (most of the time). I like DD play as well but I've had bad luck with my Nelson recently so I've been playing cruisers lately.

Does it fly like war thunder at all? I tried warplanes when it first came out and it was a crock of poo poo but war thunder is still really fun and their arcade flight mode works great with kb+m

Warthunder is just starting to get into ships so I bet they will have all 3 in battles pretty soon (plus warthunder has better tank and plane mechanics)

I'm about to get the tier 6 german cruiser and I had a lot of fun with the koenigsberg. I hear a lot of people complain about the nurnberg so I'm kinda nervous about upgrading but I gotta get up the line somehow

Lol I was playing the other day and I got 4 loving fires in 3 salvos on a tier 4 British cruiser and killed him in like 2 minutes. He wasn't happy and I even said I got super lucky. Koeignberg is what I was using I think

I bought the 20 medium packs and I mostly got flags and camo, but I did get that 7 gun russian destroyer and like 4k gold so I guess I didn't lose money (lol i lost it the second it went to WG)
