There will be many classes taught about the legal and ethical issues around producing a documentary like this. I wonder if he'll still be alive for the trial. He did not look very good.

Calling it a documentary seems to diminish its agency. It became towards the end some other, new prosecutorial art form.

I think he may have done the bathroom talking-to-himself thing in order to create an insanity defense. Either that or he actually has schizophrenia.
