that Virus/Xtreme Tiger match was really good and a testament to Virus's ability to make anyone look like they know what they're doing on the mat. Also Virus does an Emerald Flowsion for some reason. i really need to catch up on Park/Rush, is there a playlist of all their encounters out there anywhere?

Special thanks to luchablog's Match Finder database which had links to many of the videos, but I went even deeper on this. I got a match on there that isn't in the luchadb, I ripped a Facebook video and re-uploaded it, and many of the matches have bonus phone cam footage. If the options were between phone cam and +Lucha highlight, I generally put both on the playlist with the phone video first. Hope you all enjoy it, I plan to start watching through them this weekend as well. I am going to count how many times Park accidentally elbow drops the ref and then stands up to immediately get kicked in the balls. Last night's CMLL had a match that was about as good as you'll get from a mid-card no-stakes trios match, which is to say, very good: Titán, Soberano Jr., y Drone vs. Nueva Generación Dinamita (Sansón, Cuatrero y Forastero) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-hvQClBpro&t=3160s Everyone in this match is 26 years old or younger, and this is the kind of work they're producing. NGD is great and they definitely deserve all the belts CMLL has put on the team recently (Mexican National Trios, Occidente Trios, Arena Coliseo Tag). Gonna paste this post in here in case you read this thread but not the MOTY thread: MOTYC: Skyman vs. Saturno - 3/3 - Campeonato Supremo Muchas Luchas - Cara Lucha, Arena San Juan https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNVQut6bJLg This one's been around for a while but it was from just before I started following +Lucha closely so I missed it until it showed up on thecubsfan's "Watch Later Catch Up" report today. Tremendous lucha juniors match, where it feels like they start out doing cool regular moves and then they decide those aren't enough so they start making up even wilder moves. it's got a little bit of everything that's good about lucha libre and I think you'll enjoy it. Here's the write up from the article: thecubsfan posted:Esto es lucha libre – Saturno shows up here, absolutely kills it, and then disappears into the ether for the rest of the year. Saturno’s been well regarded but lightly seen by virtue of the Guadalajara indies being barely visible, but this caliber of match should’ve gotten him booked anywhere. It’s the kind of match Sky Man and Rayo Star were trying to have when feuding, but Saturno’s just a bit better than them. Just a bit insane too; I don’t know if he knew this was his best shot to make a name for himself, but he’s clearly throwing everything into it from the opening moment, trying to kill Sky Man as much as he’s trying to kill himself. Sky Man meets Saturno on his level, trying to fight fire with fire. The match breaking down into a scrum of punches and gouging on the mat feels completely earned, and that hatred seems to flesh out the match a little bit more than just seeing the spots. Sky Man comes out the winner but it felt like he survived a war rather than conclusively won. This one of the matches of the year to watch.

Reminder that tonight is L.A. Park vs. Rush in Arena Coliseo Guadalajara, replacing the standard CMLL show there. Show is pretty well stacked otherwise as well. L.A. Park's son gets to go against Black Terry and Negro Navarro, Virus is there, Hechicero/Caifan vs. Satanico/Cavernario, the NG Dinamitas, and Keyra. This is the kinda dream show that I'd hope they would post in full.

Lol, I wish. We will be lucky if 2-3 of the matches get non-cell phone full videos. Looks like people threw money in for Virus/Cerebro and the HijoPark match got changed so he was teaming with Black Terry but they threw money for that too. The live link turned into a tape of the match. Nothing else on the feed just the main event. I saw maybe 30 of the 36 minutes and it was a very good match. Park and Rush rose above their 2017 standard effort levels to meet the level you expect from this feud. For example, they did some actual wresting moves. Recommended. Tomorrow I'll mirror it to Youtube so I can add it to the playlist.

I'd go to the first one as you get Fuego and Zeuxis. The second card has Rush and Negro Casas but the matchups are not great and there's no Cavernario on either show.

Friday it is then! Sunday looks like the only dry day in Mexico City the week I'm there so I'd like to use that to go to Teotihuacan. If I get back in time for the show and aren't too worn out I'll probably go to that show as well.
