So this is the thread for Triage X I'm not going to do a super effort post on this because I don't think the show really deserves it. Triage X is a manga by the artist of Highschool of the Dead (the story is by another person). I read the manga because while the dude likes drawing women with big tits, and seeing them naked. He also has a sharp style and draws action stuff pretty drat well. The story is dumb as gently caress (One dude is a unit full of combat nurses fight crime, and they kinda have super-strength but not really only when it suits them) EDIT: Oh, I should also note, that Xebec sucks dick at animating things so the art doesn't look nearly as good when MADHOUSE adapted HotD. This show is only gonna be 10 EPISODES LONG and will air on CRUNCHYROLL - WEDNESDAYS This show is pretty much a revival of action OVA's from the 90's, but stretched out into a TV show that really pushes hard for you to buy the Blu-Rays because that's where all the boobs and butts will be. I'm going to leave you with a series of pics and commentary so you can determine what the show is like. Right off the bat you will see this  But then the ladies also have cool poo poo going on like this   These two explain themselves   But this show is determined to be the ridiculous in costume design.  (yes)  Triage X is dumb trash, and just fyi it uses lazy shorthand of "evil guys do bad things to women to prove they're evil. So for everyone who is left over after all this. This was always going to be a "Buy the Blu-Rays!" show, but lol at ~90% of the screen being white steam. The car destruction scene was a big disappointment. The still images in the manga had a better sense of weight and motion.

Like seeing Mikami get hit with a hail of bullets and then shoot back with the double pistols. Or him calmly shooting the drugged up chick I'm surprised there isn't a little more blood at least with spatters and such. Wonder if that will be added into the BD's.

Hopefully it's just because they've been giving Arashi screentime to set up what his deal is, and she'll get some better screentime next episode.

I just did a quick reflip through the first volume and its not a massive difference. Mikoto is a little bit less emotional and they cut down or out some scenes with her but that's about it. As far as swearing goes. That's scanlators doing their thing. I've seen it with Yamada-kun and how here too I guess. The official translation has very little swearing from Mikoto.

Unless it is in a chapter which hasn't been translated yet, she hasn't appeared in the manga at all. That scene as well as the one with the bsdm ninja were anime original. Looks like they are gearing up for a filler ending right from the start.

Bleh gently caress these animators. They left out HEEEAAAART CAAAAATCH, which was like the best part of this arc. They also totally remove Mikoto's connection to the Yakuza dudes. There's also a moment of hilariously awful censoring towards the end of the episode.

I don't remember heart catch. It's been a while since I read the manga so I should do a refresher. There was some good moments like when the dude ran away like a monkey at the end. Some of the music is also way to good for a show like this and is wasted on it. I'm thinking of the track that was playing during the double gang leader scene.
