Man, this game is quite different from the later games - while still having crazy good voice acting (for such an early title).

I think I'd actually prefered if it stayed more like this and less 3D puzzle platformer (although there's certainly some of that here with the wolf form and spike pits...). Never thought that the gameplay meshed all that well with the story being told in any of these games.

You're not gonna see that outside of book series by a single writer, really. Hell, not even TV-series manages to keep it together beyond a few seasons at most, let alone some 15-20 years-in-the-making game series.

Too much money & too many cooks involved, just look at Bioware and their big RPG series.
