i don't know poo poo about docker is it compatible with oracle garbage? if so i may start talking to our ops guys about it because they're way overworked and it sounds like itd make their lives a lot easier

we have a totally custom java application but we use an oracle db but yeah it's just weblogic launching the server and that's it i think this may work for us

yeah and also i look at shells like fish and they seem nice but i still just use bash because it's always on any ancient system i have to connect to and i can just copy my bashrc file over, maybe making minor changes for bsd/solaris differences
