Supergirl looks great. Upfront trailers are always kind of terrible. but I like the tone, and the most important thing of all: Melissa Benoist is super-charismatic.

I had to look her up on the IMDB. Turns out I had seen her before in episode #102 of Homeland. She was one of the women "auditioning" to be part of a Saudi prince's bevy of beauties.
