Darien woke as the others began to speak, but hadn't bothered to talk. There wasn't much use in coordination at the moment, seeing as they were all shackled. He had always worried about being taken captive one day - dragons were certainly valuable enough. He hadn't expected it to happen this young, however - he still looked very human, after all. Darien strained for a moment, testing the shackles, but it didn't seem likely that he would be able to slip out of them. He looked over the rest of the room, searching for something that could help in some way.
