SCHEDULE Best of the Super Juniors is essentially the G1 for junior heavyweights. It's a two block round robin tournament with the winners of each block facing each other in the Finals to determine the champion. It may not be as prestigious or bring as the heavyweight version or produce as many MOTYCs, but they've brought in some great talent this year and some of the matches should be excellent. I'm very excited to see Cavernario and the two reDRagon guys get the chance to have NJPW singles matches. The four Tokyo shows (5/22, 5/30, 6/5, and 6/7) will be live, and all the other cards will be uploaded on to World for "Next day delivery", which I'm guessing will probably mean that evening US time. quote:Standings Thauros fucked around with this message at 22:07 on Jun 3, 2015 |

Has anyone seen Finlay's kid before? I think he mainly does ASW shows in the UK. Fun fact: Cagematch says Komatsu and him have both been wrestling for two years but the young lion had three times as many matches during that time.

I think the generous way of putting it is "this is a big step for him." He's not exactly what I would describe as being a standout in any way other than his name.

Tonfa posted:Taguchi just straight up decided to bust out the boma ye as a finish From what I have seen in the BOSJ from Taguchi so far, is that his gimmick is now "Gimmick thief, with rear end added to it". First wearing a bandana to his match against Gedo, then a bone in his hair to mock Cavernario, plus now also stealing Nakamura's rope pose and the modified boma ye. Well, at least it makes him less bland.
