Don't forget the numerous times BEFORE the commercials where Fox with give you an enticing but ultimately misleading preview of what's to come. Whatever they do preview will be taken somewhat out of context and will come out about 2 minutes before the end. No one will learn anything from this interview. The Duggars need to go on the Stern show.

I wonder how pissed off the Honey Boo Boo woman is about this right now. I mean, she hangs out with a child molester and her show gets pulled and she becomes a social pariah. The Duggers have a child molester in the family and they get interviews and people defending them for doing morally reprehensible poo poo like covering it up and making the sisters live with their abuser.

One of the more obvious aspects of their selective bible choosin' is the fact that they are so obsessed with modesty in clothing but take the extreme opposite position on hair - allowing, and even recommending, if I recall some of their weird tracts on belief correctly, that it be stylized with lots of time spent on it. I would say I'm surprised that they don't think well-coiffed hairstyles lead to temptation of men, but it seems like their collected religious teachings consist of choosing whatever writings fit with their weird predefined biases inculcated by their parents. I feel like a lot of religious people tend towards very straight, long, unstyled hair for women - is this just another example of that weird Southern prosperity gospel type shenanigans where the teachings just happen to support things they already were into?
