Like, this ain't poo poo you want to actively be passing on to future generations; God knows what kind of personal image issues come alongside the medical conditions and physical pain and early death. Imagine being the twin with dwarfism while your brother is regular sized living a normal, healthy life all because your parents decided that people with dwarfism should hook up.

I guess as a parent if you're just going to keep them at home and brainwash them all day you don't need to factor in what their theoretical peers could say about the name when picking it.
