I mentioned this to my mom and she said they shouldn't have cancelled the show, which made me a bit... concerned. But then she said that since those people are such idiots TLC should have kept their show on, with the requirement that Josh and all the victims get heavy therapy and have the show talk about hotlines and resources for victims to come forward. Since obviously now none of them are going to get treatment and they're just gonna double down on the crazy.

Do the older kids get money from the show that's not tied up in trust funds that the parents hold? I assume they must be entitled to some, right? I hope at least a few can get out someday.

So he only cancelled his accounts as he was being outed as a child molester? I'm guessing any defenders he has left are going to find a way to blame it on his wife for not "keeping him happy at home" or whatever.

I guess he's not even famous/infamous enough for Vivid to offer a million bucks to star in a porn like they always do to tabloid fodder. At least Anna gets a respite from her doughboy husband, though his parents and hers must be pressuring her pretty hard right now to conform to their gross standards and stick to the script.

Josh's sister/victim just posted a suspiciously timed message about not cheating on your spouse, and her father-in-law had some poo poo to say about him too. http://pagesix.com/2015/09/01/jessa-duggar-wants-you-to-know-how-to-avoid-adultery/?_ga=1.243383040.469791220.1440296113 Still can't get over the "family's private plane" in the other article, holy poo poo. But please donate to us! It's your Christian duty!

The article says "her fiance of less than two months". Lol that she probably wanted the wedding hurried up so she could ditch the Duggar name now.

My mom's friend works as a midwife in Amish country, they actually do extensive hands-on training and classes to prepare them for the many, many ways things can go wrong during birth. I guess she could have just gotten certified as an expert in "normal births" via online classes instead?

Meh, home births aren't a terrible idea if your pregnancy doesn't have any complications. You and your baby are really likely to pick up an infection or two at a hospital, if your delivery is normal it's probably best to do it at home... you know, as long as you're not insane and have an actual qualified medical professional there in case of unforeseen emergencies.

Edit: uh not sure what happened with the horrible artifacting, I'm on my phone. It's from the inquisitr article about them trying to screw Anna out of marital property.

Mr. Pumroy posted:is there a specific name for that peninsula of hair that clings on to the scalp as the rest of the hair recedes? Looks like it's starting to completely separate into the island of front hair known as "the Unicorn".
