Honestly the game is p fine if you build ladder gates and you aren't a dick to 100% of your immediate neighbors and also be friendly with the major players... just like in almost any sandbox. The game has improved double or triple fold from where it was a year ago imo.

So that was me that stopped by the north base, wasn't planning on it or else I would have posted here first, but was on the other side of the mountains getting iron so I figured why not check it out real fast. Then my game proceeded to crash 3 times in a row. Anyway like I was saying, if whoever was on could even hear me, I'm getting bored of playing with just one other person and myself. If you guys want someone who spends way too much time on this game, plus a random person I met a few weeks ago, we'd like to join up. We have recently been building a new base, but I got carried away and made it way too big for two people to complete and at this point I'm just ready to abandon it and move on.

There's always a group of players that think we did something great in EVE in 2005 and could do it again "the goon horde", but anyone that actually played back then knows it was more of just hours of grinding krokite/arkonor to build up things, and less of goon rush prowess.

Other people just run some thread on their head and then even funnier Durr Hurr Goon emotions runs high and tears flow and you know we all live for that poo poo. Take this poor bastard for example, falling on his own drat sword. I can't help it setting people like him up for failure.

As of late playing with goons is like rubbing sand on your eyeballs. Goons are paying too much attention at what not to do that there is always some drama-fireball-tryhard instead of goons taking advantage of the game to do fun poo poo... at this point its better to run on a pubbie guild and pull poo poo off because they at least laugh at it. The main thing behind all those shenanigans was having fun in the game and making fun out of the game, not letting the game take the best out of you. Regardless of how people see it I will have my fun with any game I play first and foremost and everyone can get behind my fun and enjoy it or not and be a grumpy goon. In the end it doesn't matter to me, because I am going to make the game fun for me.
