He made an announcement fairly recently that it had spread to his brain and liver. Also it is stupid that they won't let you drink. It's not like that he will die and you'll need to be on hand to perform the funeral service within the hour. After he passes there will definitely be some notice before the funeral. Not sure really, I was just told I need to pack my ASU's and enough ACU's and what not for 10 days travel and not to drink and be ready to be called back in within 3 hours or something like that. I think just about every unit on post is sending people, ABOLC and IBOLC for sure though.
