Seconding the fire extinguisher part, but be careful with First Aid, as if you don't know what you are doing, you could injure the victim even more (moving them if they have a spinal injury, for example), and also because our litigious society is so hosed up. I remember reading a story about a guy who sued someone who pulled him from a flaming vehicle because now he's crippled from surviving the fire or something like that. No good deed goes unpunished.
