There's a big rear end Warhammer overhaul mod too, although so far I've only managed to get my rear end handed to me.

Having listened to Dan Carlins Wrath of the Khan series I imagine they (and the AI) shouldn't be weighted down by considerations about peace treaty length (5 years currently), those guys gave no fucks  As for theri slow expansion besides that, the Hordes move strangely slow in the far eastern provinces, far too slow I think - takes ol' Genghis several years just to take those provinces.
