 Last night I went home from work early due to lack of sleep. My other cat, Carl Sagan, was already experiencing health issues and had a vet appointment set for tomorrow to have him looked at possibility say goodbye. Little dude dragged his rear end into bed with me even though it was struggle for him and curled up next to me to sleep. Little guys was all purrs. When I woke up he was gone.  I'll post more pics of Amelie and her progress but for right now my heart is heavy and burdened with a deep sadness. I lost my friend and a piece of me went with him.

Aww sorry to hear about Carl Sagan the chillest cat. You are a good cat dad and he seems like he had a good life. Hugs for you and the furlociraptor.

Time for something lighthearted: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PnhEFyj2mMQ Also I just got her a new litter-box with a lid but she is literally terrified of the lid and shat on the bathroom floor instead. Anyone have any suggestions so she isn't scared of it or just leave it off?

We had one of those weird, "enter from a hole in the top" style ones that was a gift from someone. Cats thought we were insane. Now they both use it and like it pretty well.
