The Delos executives are pissed that Ford is making such drastic changes to the narratives, and they sent their rep to talk to Ford about it to find out exactly what it was that he was planning. He told her to chill out, that everything would be completed on time, and that she needs to go back to her bosses and tell them to not gently caress with what he's about to do. He also spooked the hell out of her by telling her that the reason that they sat where they were sitting was because he went into the park's files and found out that's where she and her family had a meal decades earlier, and that he knows "everything" about the guests, and the company employees, as well. The whole thing was very Lecter-esque.
