Seeing that bit at the end, I feel that is a reference to the Biblical Leviathan. I enjoyed this LP! It's a shame they couldn't make any more. It would have been interesting to play more Abrahamic-themed games.

Thanks a bunch for the LP, the game is the sort of thing I wouldn't have played on my own; much as I love this game's style, I wouldn't have played it for long with how fairly simple its gameplay is.

UPDATE: El Shaddai - BONUS We cover the unlockables you get after beating the game (costumes and an Extra "Score Attack" mode). Final update for the thread will be a mini podcast-esque recap of the LP on Thursday. Glad folks enjoyed the LP! We had a lot of fun doing it.

Finally had time to sit down and finish it, thank you for playing. I would have never even have heard of this game, and I'm sad there was never a second one. Just so we could punch cellphone man.

You know, it's funny, because I got the platinum trophies for El-Shaddai and Nier back to back. And I kept thinking, "man, if they hated us as much as they wanted us to believe, they could've made this so much harder." ...
