Don't have an Android phone anymore but when I did the best SNES was SNES9x EX (http://www.explusalpha.com/home/snes9x-ex) and the best for PSX was pretty much a tossup between ePSXe (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.epsxe.ePSXe&hl=en) and FPse (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.emulator.fpse&hl=en). If you ever plan on playing legend of dragoon make sure you get the right BIOS for epsxe. For some weird reason I've had issues with all but one. Scrub-Niggurath posted:SNES9x, ePSXe, and DraStic are the holy trinity of android emulators This, basically.
