there's no hard number to it. Usually around 25%-33% of the game should be non-town aligned. roles:no-roles is completely dependent on you. Some games have 0 roles, some games everyone has a role.

Town roles:
1 cop
1 doctor
1 vigilante with limited shots

Which is also an argument both scum and town can easily make and can't be scrutinized, so even their death is useless.

This is why you should join the gimmicks no matter what happens it ends up being fun.

No, I was probably the reason too. I completely ignored the little sidequest things and focused on ganking the crap out of the enemy team. I had fun, it was quick but, my pubbies were really mad. Definitely more chill than lol and dota. I like it.
