Idk lutr. I was pretty non functioning until I got on a good medication for my depression. It wasn't a super solution that solved all my problems, of course, but it stabilized me enough that I now have the motivation, willpower, and ability to put effort into my own recovery.

I was kind of annoyed when I went to a psychiatrist saying I wanted to be evaluated for ADHD and she said that Bipolar 2/3 can mimic symptoms of ADHD and gave me mood stabilizers and didn't evaluate me for ADHD. Tbf though, the mood stabilizers worked.

I sleep on my side. Either with one arm under my pillow (under my head) or both arms in front of me holding something. Like another pillow or scrunched up blanket. I also still sleep holding a blankie. I call it my adult blankie because it's just a top sheet that's been washed a bunch of times and is really soft.

Keane if you have trouble sleeping maybe listen to a podcast or audiobook. I try to pick something that is interesting enough to distract my brain, while monotonous enough to put me to sleep. Also if you have an app for it, slow down the speech to like 80%

Yeah that's certainly valuable for general music and music theory classes, but not so much for chorus. As for modern day useful technology, do you use Edmodo? My dad is a middle school chorus teacher and uses it to upload mp3s and sheet music for the kids to access at home and for other stuff I can ask if you're interested. You know you can integrate Common Core into everything, right? The CC standards for English are pretty universal. I'm Elementary so maybe it's different at the high school level, but a lot of it is just ability to use English correctly, which can be integrated into a research project easily. Does the assignment have to be project based learning? Or more like a research project?

Keep in mind that sometimes it takes a while to find a therapist who is the right fit for you. I'm definitely available to chat anytime if you need though.
