I have not watched the episode but taking a whole steamed crab, grabbing it at the front and cracking it in half, then using the top half as a bowl with all the innards inside, and mixing in freshly steamed rice, sesame oil, chopped green onions and sesame seeds is heaven. Also shrimp brains are loving divine too.
