All the Delirium is really good, that an Saison Dupont are my Belgian beers of choice. The Big Taff Man posted:Obviously all of that is based on appropriate training on the distances but theres no reason you shouldnt be able to both meet your goals with appropriate training I just need to really build stamina, I've always been more of a sprinter than a distance runner. It's for the last leg of a tri so if I can get a decent ~50 min run time hopefully I can squeeze it in under an hour after the cycle.
