I have never abandoned a game yet. I have once or twice had to close or retool a game due to lack of interest but I never forget about my games.

And I haven't forgotten about you all, either. I am busy tap-tap-tapping my keyboard in between bites of pad thai.

Are you Thai? I assume not. You are engaging in very problematic cultural appropriation and that is not okay, especially today of all days, when the Thai people are in terror and mourning in the wake of the bombing in Bangkok. Every dainty bite of your "pad thai" is a despicable mockery of those victims, Ecco. I am so triggered right now I can't even. It's like you are celebrating your privilege, enjoying your consumption of that delicious cultural icon of the Thai people in safety and luxury while they suffer. May those morsels turn to ash in your mouth!

Oh, Ecco, you scoundrel, how dare you!

That condescending tone is incredibly dismissive and insulting.
With the game so delayed I have nothing to occupy myself but to dwell on social justice issues.
Rest assured, the game starting will surely dull my blossoming progressive social consciousness back into ludic anaesthetization...

Is that a sincere opinion or are you seeking approval from the supposed-to-be-impartial authority figure who badmouthed me? I am just a lowly player, so my words are ridiculed and dismissed, but when Mod Ecco starts throwing around labels and value judgements, notice how sycophants fall into line, clamoring lickspittles. It just proves my point. Stop trying to identify with your oppressor, EXACT Science! This is the Queuemaster General themself we are dealing with!

You and I are comrades. Just like me, you have no PM either. Just like me, you have been lied to and taken for granted! Stand up with me! Demand the PM you are entitled to!

Shall we form the Lumpenproletarian People's Revolutionary Role Assignment Committee and overthrow Ecco? Together, we can write and distribute the PMs thtat have so long been withheld. But better! More egalitarian PMs! Roles distributed to each according to their need, from each according to their ability!

I nominate merk to be chairman. Second the motion?

Way to waste time instead of hammering away at the keyboard lovingly handcrafting role PMs for a bunch of ungrateful louts.

the weirdest thing for me is apparently they were dating in real life?? and yet I see absolutely NO chemistry between rory and jess.

you know who she does have chemistry with? Who she cares about more than all her boys? Someone she's willing to go the limit for, do anything for? Someone who loves her just as deeply in return? Someone intelligent, proud, and beautiful, someone as well-read as Rory without being an rear end?

The only good drama-comedy show of that nature was the original Beverly Hills, 90210.

It's what started it all, although I didn't get into Melrose Place.

Hey, I'm old and 90210 was prime TV for much of my late teens/early 20s.

Honestly, I'm mostly just romanticizing the first 2-3 years of the show which is when I really watched at the end of high school and for a year or so beyond.
