Was watching Gladiator before I started the upgrade from Win 7. After upgrading, I played it again and the audio is a lot crisper than before with this basic 2.1 setup, no setting changes. Improved downmixing? Whatever, I approve!

Is it possible to have a password prompt at a set number of minutes after screen saver turns on, like in OS X? Or how about just when the screen powers on? (not from sleep)

Merv Burger posted:It's in the Screen Saver Settings in the Control Panel, which means it hasn't been brought to the new Settings. If you search for "screen saver" in the start menu (or in Settings,) it will be the first result, and you can check the box "On resume, display logon screen." Threshold 2 dumped a Windows.old folder onto my drive. Apparently you're supposed to run Disk Cleanup to remove it, but it's not listed there... Edit: Had to click "Clean System Files" wretchx fucked around with this message at 09:47 on Nov 21, 2015 |
