Tsar Mikey: Nov 30, 2005; When will then be now?

The only thing I wish I had a little more personal control over is driver updates. Is there a way to successfully do that on Windows 10 Pro? I found a few policies that are supposed to control that, but they don't seem to work.

Is there a way to make Windows 10 not ask if I want to keep using the program I already have set as the default to open a file type? It doesn't happen all the time and there really doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to when it asks.
