 Listen up, heisters. I've spent the last several years putting together the toughest, meanest, smartest crew ever to strap on the mask, and you guys are it. Ol' Bain's not going to let you down and just let you knock over some penny-ante convenience store. Now it's time to take the heavyweight title. You've never seen a heist like this one, and neither have the cops.  Welcome to Payday 2 Role Madness Mafia. In this game, based on the cooperative first-person shooter of the same name, you take the role of a heister, the most elite of thieves. You put on the mask and become nobody, moving with impunity, taking everything you want. However... But before I show you the plans on that, we've got a little house-cleaning to take care of. Unfortunately, that business with Hector turning stool pigeon means the FBI know too much about us. There are loose ends within the organization. They will be actively working against you. I'll do my best to help you rub them out, but your best bet is going to be to watch and see who tries to throw a wrench in the works. Then give 'em the Old Yeller treatment. It's sad, but it'll be pretty apparent who's who real quickly. With an entire crew of masked-up individuals, it's up to Bain's heisters (the "town" starring ben affleck) to identify and take out the cops (or "scum") hiding in their midst. The Town are Bain's heisters, looking to root out the cops within their ranks and finish the job. Each player draws their role via selecting one of the masks that will be posted in the thread. Each ties to a particular role. Everyone is armed and loaded for bear. Everyone has ~ powers ~ that can swing the game wildly. However, the overall game should not be unreasonably tilted for or against one side or the other. Best practices have been followed in an attempt to make the game as balanced as possible. However, it may collapse utterly, like a flan in a cupboard. Caveat fures. Alright, ramblers, let's get rambling. Appreciation to Antivehicular, Jon Joe and Chic Trombone for testing and troubleshooting a number of these roles, and to Hiipfire for supplying a document from an old, "wacky" role madness game for inspiration. RULES STOLEN FROM OTHER GAMES. Days will be 48 hours long (barring hammer) and nights not more than 24 hours. If something gets delayed, my bad. Majority vote required, no-lunches can occur. No editing your posts. No talking OOT unless you are able to do so. Don't post your role PM. Don't post after hammers. Don't post after dying (  posts acceptable if not game-related or for scum to gloat. villainous gloating would be rad. You may not mention any player names in your ghostpost.)Don't encrypt your posts, make Toxx clauses, or play Truth or Dare. Don't lurk. For real, I would be so sad and have to frown so hard. Don't go against the spirit of the game. DON'T BE AN rear end in a top hat. If there are any questions, direct them to me via PM. This game will feature a Night Zero where all players will be able to submit non-killing actions leading into Day One. Call it Pre-Planning. Every time I played this game with my friends we would try to take way too many bags and everyone would be chain throwing them towards the get away van and we would get completely surrounded and fail. So much greed.
