Any chance you could post stats for the Sharks - especially the goalies? They get cut off on every league leaders sheet you post because they're awful. You bet. The Avs are now one point out.   A tough loss for Detroit as they don't give Neuvy any help. The Wild are now four points out with a game in hand.  Especially as the Islanders finally stopped the bleeding.  e: I love how Letang goes flying over to the puck carrier rather than playing the pass on that 2 on 1. See the game is realistic guys. The Penguins continue the clinch parade.  The Red Wings lose what was pretty much a must win game against the cellar dwelling Canes.  And get more bad news with an Islanders win. I think you asked me to pick a prospect and a 4th liner and I picked Greening and Pulkkinen and I thought I was clever getting elite 4th liners Chris Kelly and Jesse Winchester for myself and welp. On the plus side my brilliant Detroit prospect pick of Anthony Mantha in like the 10th round apparently had a nearly 30 goal rookie season so that's something. That's double what he managed in real life in the AHL.

No big games on April 8th so April 9th The Avs win another big one, and are close to punching their ticket.   But the Oilers keep the pressure on with a two goal come from behind win in the last five minutes of regulation.  Detroit ties it up with .35 to go but can't complete the come back in OT. This eliminates the Red Wings and clinches a spot for the Isles.  There's only one race left going into the final day: Preds/Avs vs Oilers:
