I am working for a very small NPO that does a lot of financial modeling in spreadsheets. Usually around 4 people working on the models. Right now we're in a transition spot because we want to all have access to the same file, but need more spreadsheet power than what is offered by google sheets. So far we've looked at... Smartsheets: Price: $13/Month Per person for Team Price (min 3 people) Multiple people can work on sheet at same time! Can view edit history of a cell. Set automatic alerts when a sheet is changed. Can send individual rows to people, and they can update, even if they don’t have a smartsheet account. Built in Gantt charts with drag and drop interface. Easy to attach google doc’s to the project management. Seems more like project management than large data analysis?? Most videos aren’t showing analysis models, but rather timelines, and project components. Office 365: Price: $5/Month Per person for Team Price Multiple people can work on sheet at same time! Business-class email with 50 GB mailbox 1 TB file storage & sharing HD video conferencing with Skype for Business Online version of Office (includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 24/7 phone & web support However talking to professionals, it seems like Smartsheets is pretty poo poo, and is more of a project management tool that wouldn't meet our needs for a collaborative spreedsheet. Any recommendations?

This rules. We're not quite fully registered yet, so we don't qualify. But we're moving towards that goal and we appreciate this feedback.
