My PC runs this at 60fps, with good draw distance and almost no pop in, without slowing down at all, but when I open the emblem editor menu the program slows and stutters to the point where it's not even possible to interact with anything. What the heck.

Is the naming conventions of recruits Outer Heaven supposed to be how all the bosses later in the series would of ostensibly got there name. Like at some point there was a bunch of people named Laughing Ostrich and Bloody Orca and stuff but only really awesome guys like Psycho Mantis became boss material.
