The exact moment that Burn Notice peaked was when Fiona blows up Mark Sheppard's van when he's trying to rob a bank after Michael had so infected Sheppard's crew with paranoia that they were convinced that the van was wired to explode. Then it did. Everything after that very excellent episode was a steady downward slope.
