VietCampo posted:2 weeks ago looking at this i would have 99% thought i would go with only one of these and no contest. Now i'm seriously considering playing someone else at RB2 instead of Lamar Miller. If only Arian Foster wasn't destined for another week on my bench. Yeah, I think you don't have another option appealing enough to sit Miller. If it is 1 PPR, I could see going Dunbar, though, given the likely game flow and the fact that they'll likely be playing a conservative game from behind.

TUS posted:Im in the same boat in a .5PPR yahoo league. My instinct is that Jackson has the higher floor and Cooks has a higher ceiling... so it's just a matter of playing it safe vs taking a gamble. Agree with your choices. Lewis is likely to take a backseat to Blount this week. Oakland looked surprisingly competent, so Cleveland could be playing from behind and not run too much.

Chernabog posted:Seems like the best bet although CJA is making me really nervous, hopefully now that he has had time to rest he will perform like he should. FWIW, I think there's very little separation in your options. I'd definitely give Murray a shot this week ahead of CJA, personally. Freeman is nothing more than mediocre, so even with the backfield to himself, I would honestly probably gamble on Jones gashing NYG and getting at least 40% of the carries plus the passing work. But there's no right answer here, so I'd go with your gut.

Sir Plus posted:Bumping my own question, currently thinking Edelman and Woodhead, any arguments for the others? I can't argue with that. You've got some fantastic options to be fair, with Morris and Blount likely to have nice games too, but Woodhead is a good but for some rushing, receiving, and scoring, and is much more immune to game flow than those two.

RCarr posted:Pick TWO RB's and ONE FLEX PPR? I'd go Randle for sure, Dallas should be leaning hard on the run game. Then for flex, depends on PPR or not. If any PPR, Tate or Boldin; if standard, I'd probably start CJ or Abdullah and pray.

Bellmaker posted:Reed and Wright I think IND is down about 12 CBs. Jones plays on Thursday, yeah? I'd not risk playing him without seeing him with another week of getting a good number of touches. I'd probably plan on starting Gordon, then Ivory if he plays, then Miller (if he plays), then Abdullah. Zochness posted:Whole lot of questions about my Week 3 lineup, need help on RB, WR, and Flex (W/R/T). 0 PPR Randle, Stewart, OBJ, then Evans as long as he's reportedly healthy (losing ASJ should bump his value up a bit), then probably Robinson. If Evans is limited or anything, Robinson and Stevie is good too. I'm personally avoiding Gore until I see him do anything, and I would wait to see if Jones can keep up decent usage before starting him over other good options. SouthShoreSamurai posted:This team is 0-2 and I've lost all perspective. I never liked Forsett, but I'm shocked at Miller's ineptitude. Last week I had Sankey in the Flex and all 3 RB's scored me a total of 21 points. I have no idea who to play at RB at this point: I know they don't feel like studs now, but Miller and Forsett are the best options IMO. Too much uncertainty with David Johnson (he won't keep scoring a touchdown every time he touches the ball). However, that's assuming Miller is practicing fully in the next day or so. If he's still limited, I'd take Abdullah over a hobbled, underused Miller against Buffalo. manwithoutskin posted:1 PPR - Need a flex Hmm. Even in full PPR, I'd probably agree with you (as long as "Randal" is Joseph Randle, Dallas RB). Oakland might actually get a lead on Cleveland and focus more on rushing, Decker has a knee sprain, and I think Hill bounces back as the dominant RB on the Bengals. Frank Eufemia posted:Espn standard scoring, no ppr, pick 2 RB Yeldon and Jones, easy. David Johnson has 5 rushes and 2 catches in 2 games, despite playing out of his mind. Don't be starting him until he actually gets a respectable workload. Big Ol Marsh Pussy posted:Need 1 RB and 1 flex, .5 PPR Probably Freeman, as he's at least going to get a workload, which is not at all assured for either Gio or David Johnson. I wouldn't mind Gio over Freeman, though, if your gut says Gio. For flex, I'd probably prefer Garcon, as his team's WR1; VJax hasn't really benefited from having Evans out like he should have (7 catches in two games as the only credible WR?), and Wright is going to be boom/bust even against the Colts.

Arctic Baldwin posted:Matt Jones or Frank Gore PPR. Gore imo. Yeah he sucks, but give him a week against a soft defense rather than chasing last week's points with Jones just yet. You know Gore will at least get the majority of the RB touches on his team, whereas Jones could follow up last week with a light 5ish touch game. Give it another week and if Jones gets a respectable workload and Gore still sucks, I'll go with Jones from here on out. Start Evans. He is healthy and ASJ is out. If Hopkins can't go, I would rank them Stevie, then Abdullah, then Jones, then Matthews.
