But if you hit it just right....it amazing and the "gamey" taste isn't there. Are you next to a big hunter community? I would suggest trying to find a local butcher shop that specializes/advertised processing deer for hunters. After a certain point hunters get so much meat they start giving it to the homeless shelters

The after kick-starter marketing was just a bit of genius through on how to string suckers along and sell that hope/sunk cost line even further.
