A sandbox space sim isn't unfeasible, and I think if they'd kept things toned down to the original kickstart scale they'd have had a finished product by now. If you go back to the original Kickstarter and read it, it was basically Freelancer I cant really recall when the whole thing went off the rails, maybe it was right around when they started divvying up the game into modules...then the modules got delayed...then more modules got added...then more ships went on sale. There are "original" ships that still aren't available in the hanger module, isn't there? If they'd just stuck to the original plan...that was feasible. So catch me up here, did the Escapist lie about everything? Derek Smart is insane, that's a given. Who's suing whom? Is the Escapist still going to tour CIG and find the man behind the curtain?
