I mean even in terms of producing .jpgs of fantastical things that appeal strongly to a niche audience it's hard to see how Star Citizen can claim a better track record.

Well to be fair that trailer did do a good job teasing their actual progress on Star Marine- it looked like janky poo poo that no reputable developer would dream of releasing and then when we "checked out" CitizenCon for more info we found it will be delayed indefinitely.
