Psychnaughts, properly modded Minecraft. A few walking simulator games like Anna, which is alright and maybe Ester if you're into that

Dear Esther was pretty good because I played through the whole thing late at night and a little sleepy, and I kept thinking I was seeing things in the game that weren't there when I turned to look at them. I just assumed it was my imagination.

Then after I beat the game I find out there are actually ghosts in the game that can appear for like a second and then they're gone. They're never pointed out and you can never get a good look at them. I thought that was pretty clever for such an atmospheric game, and it's a little creepy in retrospect too

The nightmare about stalker mods, especially SOC ones, is they have a tendency to put an AK in your hands at the start or something else hosed up about equipment progression. Like even if it's a mod about something else there's always By The Way, Here's and AK.

You start with an AK in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat.

The thing that sucks about STALKER mods is that none of them fix the jankiness of the base game, they just add more janky stuff and it gets too much for me. I can take only so much jank. The games are pretty fun though. I don't think I'll ever play them again however.

wasnt there a mod that specifically targeted how busted the game was with aims of fixing

its always bad and you end up in a hole of just finding and setting up mods and never playing the game

i cant handle all of that ... plus , u hear people all over these forums talking about games on release day, and tons of people are complaining about how their pc cant quite run it right or they have gfx problems and stuff. the 1 game i tried to play on a computer was isaac rebirth and the freaking backgrounds wouldnt load. then they patched it and it stopped working altogether -_____- i got it on ps4 instead.

to be fair the isaac 3ds release was even worse bug wise but yeah, pc ports are generally fail and you need to be always on top of the graphics card race it blows
