Calamari is a really loving weird choice. Because unless you know what you're doing, it's tricky to get right. So needless to say, they're going to loving ruin it. Ahahah 300 fishcakes in two regular fryers.

Also you might actually sell other fish easier than Cod. I don't eat it, I don't think it's entirely sustainable and there's fish that's just as good for cheaper. Quick cured fish in little pots is sounding better and better...
