After I saw the pilot I ran off to read the book. I'm glad they are mixing it up a bit and enjoying both versions. The secondaries do have some great stories for example I'm glad they kept in the antiques dealer Robert Childan. He struggles with desperately wants to fit in and seeing his excitement from being invited over as a guest turning to being crestfallen when discovering they just wanted to pick his brain was really well done.

Wondering how they far they are going to take the cross-over between the alt-realities or if they are going to leave it at the films and some glimpses.
